Here is the final programme released by Putta Srinivasa Reddy covering all DSCs. With this you can make arrear difference bill for the two notional increments sanctioned. You have to note down your 2005 PRC pay as on 1-7-2008 in the proceedings tab of the programme and consequently refix your pay in RPS-2010. Seperate proceedings of refixation in RPS-2010 should be prepared and entries be made to that effect in your Service Registers.

I am joined in 2000dsc on21/11/2000 as LP and promoted as SA in 10/10/2009 Notional increments fixation not done to me til now. Have any benefit to me.please explain sir
